Atty. Cabalquinto is a practitioner in civil, criminal, labor, and public utilities law. He earned his Juris Doctor from Arellano University School of Law and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Management from San Beda College – Manila in 2017.

Before becoming a full-fledged lawyer, Atty. Cabalquinto gained valuable legal experience as a paralegal, intern, and underbar in various law firms, corporations, and legal clinics.
