Atty. Moraña earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda College (now San Beda University) in 2013, and passed the Bar Examinations that same year. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Marketing Management, from Ateneo de Naga University.

He began his legal career at Madrid Danao & Carullo (now Madrid Danao & Associates) as a Junior Associate and later became an Associate at MALCOLM Law Offices. He then co-founded VCMP Law with Attys. Viernes, Cruz, and Pua.

He currently serves as Vice President for Legal and Legal Counsel for Developer Operations at the Joy-Nostalg Group’s real estate development division.
